If I recall correctly, the last time we had a similar poll, the results worked out to 300 people needing to vote about 50 times a day. Obviously, we will need to do a bit more now that more fandoms are stacked against us, but yeah, it should be doable.

Also, for those concerned about bots, it appears too many votes from one IP forces a cooling off period (seeing as how real voters have been blocked by this as well). IMO, that means we still have a shot against the bots.

And as of this morning we're already over 5% behind - that's a lot.

Also, FYI, in case anyone was wondering why it's been extra quiet here lately, I created an alternative posting board option for those who would like to post M rated fics. Unfortunately, it's also not very stable. The site goes down a lot. My original idea was to move this board over there, but it seems like a better idea to simply use both locations for the present time. Anyway, for any of the content you can't post here, including fic, feel free to post it at this location: swanqueen.yuku.com They also have a lovely chat area that is ipad/iphone friendly and lets you know if someone is already in the chat room.
