I'd really have to think about this one... Because my head!canon says that Emma has had all kinds of horrible Christmases, and I'm doubting Christmas was ever a thing in FTL, so all the ones Regina has had have been fake... I don't think they're that Christmassy at all, if I'm honest. But I think they'd both celebrate it - because of Henry. If not for him, they'd be the last two people left in Granny's on Christmas Eve, grumbling away to themselves and drinking their body weight in alcohol. ><
Which character (that's, Emma/Regina) would deal better with being sent back to the FTL in Season Two? (Like, the curse "fully breaks" and just whooshes them all back there...)

I have been loving helenastacie's young Emma/Regina visual stories, but most of the teen!fic leaves me feeling the characters are OOC, probably because the women have so much individual history that teens lack merely from lack of years. So I steer away from most teen!SQ stories.
That said, Swan Queen in FTL where the curse never happened depends entirely on the setup. Again, what is dynamic about their relationship is the individual histories and how that made two personalities that are perfect in their clash/understanding ratio.
Set up really matters in both cases. I tend to read more of the SQ in FTL though.
Who would be more against Swan Queen happiness: Cora or Rumple?

Cora. It would mean competing for Regina's affection and she already has beef with Emma for besting her at Lake Nostos.
I don't see Rumple having a problem with SwanQueen.

Savior (magic wielding) Emma with the requirement that she must be taught how to use her magic by Regina and her magic is so in-tune with Regina it makes her horny and she starts having sex with the teacher. XD
