Regina's. I think Emma's is cute, but if I got to choose one for myself... yeah.
Swan Queen babies (not including Henry) - none, one, or more than one? (is this cheating? A this, this or that?)

Swan Queen babies: NONE. They already have Henry.
Word association games can be fun (and fic-inspiring). I like games in general as sources of fic-inspiration.
Another suggestion of a game I have is an alphabet word game where we go through the 26 letters, suggesting words associated with Swan Queen or Once Upon A Time.
Question: Which is more important an anniversary to Regina? The day she lost Daniel? Or the day she received baby Henry?

The day she received Henry.
You get bitten by an Agraban Viper, don't worry it's not as bad as what happened to Burger King Leo. Who do you pick to suck the poison out of your big toe, Regina or Emma? Leroy or Mary Margaret? You can choose anyone in town, except Whale.

Of course the question is would the person do it and therefore be glad to save my life?
I'd pick Red/Ruby.
Question: Would Emma/Regina enjoy a date more using a bicycle built for two or tandem paddle boat?

Definitely tandem paddle boat. Emma would do all the paddling and Regina would just sit back, take in the view and complain that they were going in circles.
Would Emma buy Regina a ring or a pair of earrings? Would they be diamonds or gemstones? Rubies? Emeralds? Assume Emma's been saving up for a while....

(^ ha, great answer! can absolutely see that scene panning out)
Hm... I think Emma would go for a ring - but it'd have to be of some significance, perhaps not an engagement ring perse, but something that says 'I'm pretty fond of you, you're awesome, let's take this slow, but I want you to know that if you go frolicking around with any other Saviour, I'll probably leave Maine for good' type thing. I don't think she'd go for random expensive gifts (doesn't really fit her character, for me), so it'd definitely be something significant. But then again, it is Regina, so it WOULD be horrifically expensive.
Who is more of a vehicle enthusiast, Emma/Regina?

Regina would love the little details of a fine luxury vehicle like a Mercedes sedan. Emma might be into motors, engines, horsepower. She would like a car that drives well even if it looked like a jalopy on the outside and the bumper had fallen off. So together they would have to get a really nice car. Like a Saab. Or the new Tesla model S.
Emma and Regina are driving back from their camping trip. They have already stocked up on fudge and apple donuts from Apple Barn. Emma wants to stop for dinner but Regina says its already getting dark. They agree to get take out and eat it in the car on their way. What fast food restaurant do they choose? What would their order consist of?

Elaborating on that choice... Well first, Regina & Emma check the HRC Buyer's Guide via their smart phones & decide that their choices are Olive Garden or McDonalds. Regina doesn't want McDonalds, and Emma doesn't want Olive Garden. Who wins the argument?

Regina. She's driving.
The Mills/Swan family has a free Saturday. Henry wants to go to Disney World (*cough* now that the curse has broken fully and there is suddenly no barrier around Storybrooke). Who's the most excited?

Henry. Regina's probably all 'they got this all wrong,' and Emma's probably all 'I can't deal with this fairytale business,' but they are both doing it for Henry.
Who cares more about Henry's grades, Emma or Regina?

I like what you did there, GiftofAmber. With McDonalds/Olive Garden. I think Emma probably has never been to Disney either. She might (secretly) be the most excited... Henry's grades: Surprisingly, Emma cares the most about Henry's grades. Her own grades were wildly inconsistent because of her foster kid lifestyle. As a result, she was never employable. She would like him to have better opportunities. Maybe he could go to University and study creative writing? Since he's so imaginative. She doesn't want him to have her limitations. Regina, having had the noble upbringing, doesn't give much importance to the grades Henry is given at Storybrooke Elementary. She sees him as being smart because he's her son and she has provided him with many tools to sharpen his intellect. If he does well in school, she takes the credit for it and if he does poorly, she thinks the teachers have misunderstood his potential. If Henry started dating Nicholas.... His first boyfriend and all! Which one of his parents would be more supportive? And what would PCharms and Mary Margaret think?

I think Emma. Regina would be all, 'MY BABY IS NOT HAVING A BOYFRIEND UNTIL HE IS FIFTY'. I'd like to think Henry would go to Charming about 'guy stuff', and it'd be a really awkward, "So, you're okay with my moms being together, right? What if... two guys were together? Would you be okay with that, too?" And Charming would tell MM, they'd be supportive about it, and sit back like 'I bet you $20 the vein in Regina's forehead comes out when she learns Henry's dating' while he told his mommas.
Swan Queen early dating stages - who is the first to crack and do the whole 'I don't do this!' speech, if anyone?

Emma would do the whole "I don't do this" speech, not because of the whole girl issue, but because of the steady relationship thing. She's used to one night stands. Regina had more long term toys. Regina would probably freak at the use of the word "love" though.
Swan Queen wedding issues: what does Emma do to keep Regina from having flashbacks to her first wedding? What differences does Regina insist on between her first wedding and her wedding to Emma? What's more important: flowers, dress, hair, location?

They would marry at City Hall. With little fuss. Then a reception dinner with family and friends. Catered by Granny's. To make Regina forget that it's her second wedding and all the bad memories from the first, Emma would wear a modern style white wedding dress and Regina would wear a ladies tailored suit and top hat. The would both look stunning but Emma would definitely be the bride and Regina would be the groom. Afterwards they would drive away in the black Mercedes with tin cans and streamers rattling behind. Ruby would be the Maid of Honor and MM would help plan the wedding. PCharms would give Emma away. Henry would be Regina's best man. Sad as that might be. She doesn't have many people on her side of the church, so they would avoid a formal scenario. Regina would frame their marriage certificate and hang it in her office where she could see it all the time. Emma and Regina are on the great Mills-Swan road trip. They stop and go into the gas station convenience store. What do they get and why?
