Snow would perv because the noises that Regina makes and then realize that it's her daughter and cover her ears.
Who would tell them to be quiet tho Snow or David?

David.
Does Regina wear her panties over or under her garter belt?

Panties go under the garter belt, as any proper lady knows. *g*
Can't recall if this has been asked before. Would Regina or Emma be the first to say "I love you"?

Tricky question. Both of them have already said these words before but after all they went through, they are afraid of risking it all over again. Although Regina is quick to admit to Henry how much she loves him (I don't recall Emma ever telling the kid that but I might be wrong - if she did, it couldn't be as passionate and memorable as Regina's words) and she really could do with some love right now (as stated by Lana herself), but I still think it's Emma who says "I love you" first. We all might be a bit biased with the recent pictures, but DO ignore it since my question is - first Swan Queen hug/cuddle - face to face embrace or from behind a back of one of them? (back to face? ) And who's to initiate it?

Since a face-to-back cuddle/hug is very often perceptively one of comfort, I think Emma would be the initiator following on Regina becoming utterly devastated, and attempting something dangerous, such as dropping through a portal or off a cliff, suicide-ish. Emma would grab her to hold her back and Regina would just buckle at the knees, with Emma following her down to the ground as Regina comes apart in her arms.
I think that answered your question.
Who would manage to get in the way first if Rumple attempted to harm Henry?

Depends if it's in fanfic or on the show. In fanfic, Regina gets in the way first. The show, Emma, because biology trumps everything. *eyeroll*
Who should have the honor of killing Cora?

Koala Pose or Bench?

Bench is more likely to be them being honest with one another, so that's the one I prefer. Despite how wonderful the Koala pose is, it's too public. LOL Kinda like the way Regina was all prickly at the fire, but not when it was them alone in the closet.
All right, new question: who will be the first to recognize Regina's playing her mother? Emma or Snow?

Emma, Snow should be the one to know Regina better, but Emma has a fresh view on the situation, she hasn't been around for the recent events with Cora and she did see in Regina "a woman who wants to change, just wants everyone else to see it". Not to mention she should feel guilty for the scene outside mayor's house and this time she should be careful about judging Regina's actions.
Who will be the first one to let go of the Koala Hug?

Regina. Sadly. Assuming that during Koala Pose, Swan & Queen are watching their respective Momma's duke it out, who would you want to win? Snow or Cora? Btw: my phone tried to autocorrect that to 'Fuck it out' Omg. Too funny.

LOL at the "fuck it out"!
IMHO, Cora will lose. I believe this is the end of Cora's arc on the show, and "The Miller's Daughter" (next ep) is the epigraph on Cora's life.
Next question: Will David and Mary Margaret move out of the loft, or will Emma leave (without Henry)?

David and MM will not move out of the loft for many reasons - it's actually MM's house and not Emma's. Also, I can't see the Charmings ever reaching the agreement on finding a new house together so if anything, yes, they will move out, but to the Fairytale Land. While I don't see Emma willingly going back to FTL, I would say she would be the one to move out of the loft - she hasn't lived there long anyway and it would be easier to find something for her and Henry, especially if they keep walking in on Snowing in bed! Henry won't pretend he doesn't know what's going on for much longer!
Now, since we're talking accommodation, where is Neal going to stay? With Gold, at Granny's or somewhere else? (I can't see him squeezing in MM's flat - thank god for small lofts! But I have a bad feeling Henry will insist on that!)

Neal will stay with Rumple initially and then I'm pretty sure some of the dead have left vacant apartments and houses and stuff. They're gonna have to change the name is the show to Full House. Tamara lives or dies?

Lives but with a twist. Neal has already told Emma that it's complicated so I don't believe she's JUST his fiance and that there is nothing more to it.
Who will be quicker to agree to go back to the Fairy tale Land if it was for the sake of Henry - Regina or Emma?

Regina. Like if Henry becomes the dark one or something... If his life depended on it... I'd say both would jump right in the swirling vortex.
Jolly Roger or Black Pearl? Addendum: Pick the lesser of two evils, Captain Hook or Jack Sparrow?
