Second - Emma is going to confront Neal. So? Big deal, I'm actually happy that this is happening so early - we knew this had to happen sooner or later, why else introduce Neal's story in the first place? But the fact that the writers are dealing with this RIGHT NOW, on such an early stage of the show, even though there are other things at stake, makes me think that the writers have some other plans for Neal and Emma so called relation. Think of it - if they were to have a happy ending, wouldn't they reunite more towards the end of the season or even the show itself? No, they are doing it now and it's going to be big and definitely eventful. If I was you, I'd invest in a bucket of popcorn, sit down and relax.

trust me, I thought this days ago, but more I read comments on tumblr and more I "freak out"... it's just the fact that I know we have a bad bad period ahead and Swan Queen haters on tumblr don't help either.
I really hope the miracle happens.

I always enjoy her analysis of Regina, she puts so much effort into her character!

Poor Regina! She just can't catch a break.
Lana Parrilla: I think it's a really lonely, sad place for Regina to be left in Storybrooke without anyone. Even Gold (Robert Carlyle) — he's there but he's not there.

She'll soon have her mommy! How do you think Regina is going to feel about her mother after all these years?
Parrilla: I think there are going to be moments when she does revert back to that little girl. As much pain as her mother has caused, at the end of the day, she is her mother and she loves her. I think that's true for a lot of parent/children relationships. Even when they go awry or horrible betrayals take place, there's a connection that's undeniable and that could never be broken by anyone. So, I want to make sure that that's there even through the fighting, even if we're throwing fireballs at one another. So much so that she blames Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) for Daniel's (Noah Bean) death when she saw her mother rip Daniel's heart out right in front of her and crush it.

Children, a lot of times, can't make their parents wrong because they have to live with them, because they have to love them. And when you're young, you can't get on your Big Wheel and go down to the Best Western. You've got to live there and you've got to figure it out. I think that she's done that often with her mom. She's made a lot of excuses and has blamed others so she can still coexist and love her mother and feel loved, even though it's a demented sort of unhealthy love. And then there's going to be moments of the Evil Queen. But I think it's going to be different. It has to be. She's grown up in a different way. Now that she's lost everything and she's had this huge revelation, she's going to have to find a new way to deal with Cora.

Were you surprised when you found out that Regina being framed for murder was the direction they were going in for the midseason return?
Parrilla: I'm constantly surprised. I don't always agree with all of it either, by the way. I don't. And there's a fight in me. But instead of making the call I go, "Okay, what's that about? What's the resistance?" Meryl Streep said, "When you read a scene that you hate or you don't like, that's where the character lies. So, you have to go deeper." So, I'm forced to go deeper. I don't like that Regina kills Archie for the sole fact that he represents the conscious mind. I question why would she do that? Obviously there's a twist. But that's what he represents for everyone.

Is this the turning point for Regina?
Lana Parrilla: Absolutely. There was that scene where Snow says to the Queen, "I know the woman that I met is still in you, the woman who saved my life." I do believe that that woman is in there somewhere. Sometimes it's lost for the moment and for a long time. But there are redeeming qualities to Regina. It's getting back in touch with the person she was before the betrayals, before the trauma, before she was damaged. One little incident, someone's wrong choice or bad decision, or a betrayal of some kind can mess someone up for the rest of their lives. That's where she is.

How have you grown from playing Regina?
Parrilla: I wrote to [series co-creator] Eddy [Kitsis] and Adam [Horowitz] the other day, I said, "I want to thank you. I have grown so much." I have grown playing this character. It's not all easy. I think every character is a marriage between self and character. How much of the character is like you and how much of it isn't?

Do you feel pity for Regina?

This blind item from Ausiello is bugging me after the Outsider...
Remember that convo between Snow and PCharms where he's like 'it's important to fight for what we believe in' and she's like 'not if we believe in different things'. And it all having to do with Snow wanting to go house hunting in Storybrooke and PCharms wanting to go back to FTL.

Not that we care about Snowing....BUT, It would be really good actually if they broke up or had trouble in paradise because it would complicate the 'True Love' paradigm that all the hetero-normative audience holds so dear. So it could bode well for SWEN.

Yeah, been reading about it too but:
a) "break-up which it’s fair to say no one will see coming" - but we see the cracks in Snowing already, we SEE there is trouble in paradise so however possible the break up is, I doubt this particular spoiler is about our show.

b) I'm hoping with all I have that it's not Snowing, because they also wrote:
"give the series a lot of creative juice as it heads into what could be its final season."
There. I would be disappointed if season 3 was its final one, the show has just started! Has anyone said anything about it being the final one? No. I admit, equally, no one has confirmed yet if season 3 is even going to happen but isn't it given, with such ratings?

On the matter itself - I've never been a great fan of Snow (or Goodwin herself), but I actually felt for her then. She just wants to be happy, plan her life with her family and the daughter she's never had a chance to raise and here comes Charming with his, well, charming idea. Yes Snow, let's fight and complicate our lives! Because Fairytale Land cannot come without ME, I mean us... Charming has always been ever so annoying, he puts himself above everyone, even makes himself a sheriff (based on WHAT, exactly?) and he was actually MUCH MUCH nicer to people when he was David.

So... I can't say I care much for Snowing, but I do agree, if they broke up and broke up FOR GOOD, it would give this show some interesting vibes. I doubt they will separate them forever - not with their 'True Love' and all that, but it will set an example that you have to compromise things sometimes and if someone isn't willing to do so - you have to make drastic decisions. I bet it would be Snow to break up, she always wore the pants in this relationship, Charming and his macho thing feels just artificial. Maybe he go back to grow his hair and chase sheep.

Also, it would be all so shocking, no one would mind Swan Queen becoming cannon in exchange for Snowing reunited?

I agree with giftofamber, Miller's Daughter flashbacks are believed to be about young Cora making a deal with Rumple so at best we might see a baby Regina there. The only Lana that we will see then will have to be in Storybrooke... I love Espenson's writing but I really don't like Lana's choice of words this time...
