Well I have now read them all and liked them all. I do have a favourite (cough scribes cough) but like lzclotho points out, tumblr guests cannot vote. Starting to regret my impetuous move to flee tumblr now. But really everyone did great and evocative storytelling. Pseudo118 loved it! And all of the stories are so different! Like gift's and exquisiteliltart and scribes and write the rest all went for completely different styles from each other and somehow all were fluffy and christmasy and true to the theme. Loved the diversity. Thanks authors.

I don't have a tumblr in order to be able to vote. (no like button for non-members I guess, since it doesn't appear on posts I view) No like button on any posts or just on beatthe0dds tumblr? Because that is definitely an annoying quirk if it's all of tumblr. for non-tumblr users, it won't allow you to 'like' em. it will prompt you to either login or create an account. as for beatthe0dds itself, i was told the like/reblog on the upper right doesn't appear. but for now i suggest to use this one below --  which works same as the like/reblog usually found on the upper right side of the page. [still figuring out how to fix that, sorry] |

guys Q, im looking to update the tumblr theme for beatthe0dds. any recs? i need something with a lot of custom links but they are positioned in a way it doesn't go away when you scroll. well pretty much like the theme at the moment. i've these so far -- rrtheme021.tumblr.com/theme10triskele.tumblr.com/dbasw-theme6.tumblr.com/or dont change it, make some changes in terms of color and reassess links? |

I officially loved all of the X mas exchange fics. I think I liked them all, but I'm not sure because the hearts kept disappearing on my return visit to the site. pseudo118--I'll have to check out some other fics you've written now. |

The exchange was such a great idea! SO FLUFFY! I loved your's GoA, I agree with everyone that said you didn't have to explain away the angst (of which there was just the right amount ) Same kept happening to the "likes" I gave but tumblr does seeming to be pmsing more than usual lately.. "Henry's Christmas Wish" is actually my first fan fic, but thank you, that means a great deal |

I really really liked everybody else's fics but didn't tumblr-'like' them because I'm totally inept and kept losing track of the reblog and heart buttons. oh, beattheOdds, I like the middle site you linked--cool set up.
I'm realizing that my achilles heal in fanfic writing is fluff. Hehehe (imagine that laugh as lecherous and ridiculous)...

I vote for a change because a) it's really hard to find the like button and b) It's kind of hard to read the fics directly from the beatthe0dds tumblr from a visual perspective. I of course only noticed this after reading 13 fics in a row for the contest. Reading one or two fics at a time is one thing, but my eyes were struggling with the font size, style and colors by the end. I love pretty much everything else about the current site though. |

Now it's done and won I just want to thank BTO for the fanfic contest. I like a bit of a challenge and I wouldn't have written my fic without it, and I have to say I had so much fun doing it. (Although I could have done without having to rewrite it all when I lost my only copy just before deadline!). So thanks BTO for your generosity in doing this, and motivating, I am sure not just me, but a bunch of us to get writing our festive fluff. Congrats x10000 also to the winner. |
