Heart put back: I can't recall we have seen it before.
And in the podcast for this episode, A&E say at one point, 'so now we know how hook was able to take a heart' implying that it was due to Regina's enchantment.

Do we have other examples of hearts being put back in? My memory is terrible! It wasn`t showed I think, but haven`t Whale done that twice, for his brother and then for Daniel?? |

I think he just pretended to do it for Daniel, and as for Whale's brother, well, that's a whole different world anyway, and apparently he put someone else's heart in his chest, and it was an experimental, "scientific" procedure. I think maybe Aurora was the first time we ever saw that being done... maybe it's easier to put it back because it belongs there?
