And did you notice the reactions? Everyone is shocked/confused and Emma has a wide wide smile on her face! =D And Regina is kinda shiny and smiling too - has SOMETHING happened that we should know of?

Does it mean it is canon yet?
Also, someone brilliantly pointed out that "I invited her" should be their "I will always find you"

In all the fairness, I think it's before - mainly because both Snow and Charming look pretty shocked at seeing Regina there so they couldn't know that Emma has invited her.
I also think that Regina's rage at Emma will happen after this scene because this looks more like an episode intro, preparing the background to what's about to happen - someone's going to supposedly die so everyone will blame Regina and probably partly Emma too for letting the Evil Queen in so Emma will feel even more responsible for explaining what actually happened...

That kinda makes sense, but it'd make sense to be after too because Emma is the only one who thinks Regina is innocent...

I agree with EvilRegal81, I sort of thought that before because otherwise, why would all of the three Charmings stand outside her door?
And I still don't think the party happens after this - first, because it's like silence before the storm plot - the charmings and the rest are establishing some sort of peace and 'no more looking for each other for a while' so party time and then comes this. Maybe someone even did it because he/she was jealous of their happy ending. Second, Archie was still at the party and from Emma's reaction in sneak peek 3, I'm pretty sure he's actually dead and not under a sleeping curse since Emma would've recognised it.

EDIT:
Also, if this was a scene AFTER the accident, it would leave no thrill for people watching it because they would know Archie is coming back and it's not Regina - simply the scene would reveal too much and would leave nothing to be curious about.
Second of all, I realised that crickets actually DO HIBERNATE. So maybe this is it, winter coming and all that.

I call a double foul. I think they will "kill" Archie early in the episode but it wont be a real death, just something related to magic or the blue fairy or him being a cricket. Then they will accuse Regina of murdering him, Emma will believe she's innocent and work with her to find the truth.
Then Archie will spring back to life cause he's not really dead. Everyone will have a party and Emma will invite her. Then, Cora will come and kill him for reals, and take his place.

Plus Rafael Sbarge on his Twitter was saying 'its BlueCricket not RedCricket' so that makes me think maybe him and Blue have a special thing going on... maybe that's why she shows up throwing powder on Regina??

Also on the SwanQueen front, I think Emma and Regina will have a heart to heart where Emma confesses she's freakin clueless and really needs Regina's help with Henry and that they should work together to parent him.

~~And that she has a huge crush on her and wants to marry her and have her babies~~.
