Episode Summary:
Snow White/Mary Margaret learns that Pinocchio/August W. Booth has been in hiding and that he has been completely transformed into wood. Meanwhile, Emma is startled when Baelfire/Neal invites his fiancée, Tamara, to Storybrooke.
Written by: Robert Hull & Kalinda Vazquez (Robert Hull also co-wrote Cricket Game)
In happy news, this episode will contain Emma sporting the "soft butch chic" look and may even have her standing up to her parents.

1. Is this the episode where August is turned back into a boy? 2. Emma looks adorable in that long sleeve t shirt! Someone please give her a cute cap or ponytail. 3. When is the bench scene? 4. Tamara is gorgeous. She should ditch Neal and join Regina for a glass or two of the best apple cider she's ever tasted.

1. Yes 2. Yes! 3. 'The Evil Queen' episode, I think. 4. I really do hope Tamara is going to bring some freshness to this show, be it by keeping Neal away from Emma or by keeping some company to Regina, yes!
Sadly, I don't think we'll see much Regina this episode, certainly not much more than what was already in the sneak peek!

From current spoilers, we do find out who Tamara's love interest is (other than Neal). I'm expecting everyone to post lots of hot screencaps of Emma & Regina for this episode. Please.

Question: Is Tamara Tiger Lily? I should really have paid more attention to Peter Pan. LOL

That shot of August w/the Asian woman...we didn't get enough of a view of the Asian woman. Was she Mulan? Or some random?
"This town is turning into a theme park"-Emma is awesome. Emma is suggesting Neal tell Tamara everything. Also, apparently the route to Emma's heart is through her stomach (bagels). No wonder she loves Regina's lasagna so much.

I completely missed the first few minutes of the episode, so I can't answer your questions! :/
I kind of like how Emma acted with Neal. It was more of a friendly vibe than an "I'm still interested in you vibe" that she was giving off --
Has Emma tried Regina's lasagna?

Does Snow's sympathy seem fake to anyone else?
I love that Emma ate the bagels and ran. Totally in it for the food & nothing else.

I think Regina brought dessert to the party in the Cricket Game, but I could be wrong. Emma totally needs to have that lasagna though.

Snow irritates me now. I loved her in season one, but she's just grown more and more obnoxious over the course season 2.
But I do like her tastes in music, it seems. That five second clip made me happy.
I'm not sure why Snow seems so insincere in everything she does now. A part of me wonders if it's Ginny Goodwin -- if her personality has changed from working on the show.
I agree RE: Emma and the food.
Not at all interested in this Pinocchio storyline. Sigh.

Thank you! I saw your post on tumblr. I'm a noob to Swan Queen. Figured I'd check this out. She needs to have that lasagna and OTHER things, as well!

I was distracted by Regina's outfit. Is Regina the mayor again? Or was she just saying that? Did she not see Emma sitting at the counter? Did Emma not hear Regina walk in? Why is Regina sharing barbs w/Snow & not Emma? Argh. Maybe the show really is having gay panic.

The ONLY interest I have in the Pinocchio storyline is that it's showing that a character can earn "redemption" and that provides a little hope for Regina. August doesn't bother me as much now that I know he's a red shirt.
curses: Glad to know it's not just me. At first I thought it was just my personal feelings on Ginny, but it really seems like I don't trust Snow's sincerity at all this season.

If Swan Queen ever becomes canon *knocking on August's wooden face,* then I hope they do an episode with flashbacks in which we see Regina and Emma interacting during these periods of supposed separation.
I bet when they did the final cut of this episode, they edited out a Regina/Emma scene there.
Not sure if it's gay panic. Poor planning/bad writing, maybe. Or perhaps they are making a concentrated effort not to feature the actresses together because of the "magic" argument. I think that is the bigger obstacle.

Yeah, I don't know. It seems like the show also has a lot of ridiculous double standards. Based on what Kitsis and Horowitz have said, it seems like it's more likely for Rumpel and Pinocchio to get redemption, whereas Regina gets nothing. Never a break for her.
I used to LOVE Ginny Goodwin. She seemed so down to earth and quirky. Now she thinks she's superior to everyone. She talks about herself as if she actually IS the character she's portraying. At one point, I thought she was cool enough to be the type who would stand up and say, "No, you're making Snow White into a moron! I don't like this. Is there a purpose for her behaviors?" But she just goes along with all of it. She's definitely changed. I don't trust or like Snow. The writers have missed out on opportunities to do great things with that character, and now it's just too late.
