'A Wicked Stepmother' like Amber said! I didn't know I wanted a young teen Emma with an older predatory Regina but this was so good. Chapter 4! Steamy.
'S and M' by IsabellaHeat is so dirty and sweet. It's paced really well and totally hot. Also it's NC-17.
For all time favorites I would say 'The Debt' and 'A Ledger Squared in Blood'.
And everything Exquisitliltart writes I love the most. And chillyflame and writetherest.
And everything. I love ALL the fic. I would struggle to think of SQ fic I didn't like though some could benefit from being beta-ed.
I'm now waiting for wicked chapter 5 and 'If only tonight we could sleep' by halfwayhome.

New Rec: Beautiful by SGTMac [this is also GF7 right?]www.fanfiction.net/s/8764093/1/repost on what i had in beatthe0dds -- Truth be told after the last episode, i wasn’t sure if I was still going to ship Emma and Regina. Mainly because Emma has come to a point of intolerable and pairing her with someone whose strength of character is just remarkable is just absurd. The show did that. I hardly doubted a fic can fix it. Even while completing the rec list of Regina and Henry centric fics, i knew it was just at an almost end point. So im glad to have stumbled on this through my email alerts. I am a new follower of the author’s other fic, Feel, and the exploration of the characters are so good that I decided to give this one a look see. Im glad I did. Every thing about this is the fix i needed from the previous episode’s debacle. I really don’t want the show writers to ever touch this ship. I know they will miserably fail and it will taint what has so much potential. They will never be able to hold a candle against this ship’s fic writers. This fic is one of the many versions and reasons to support that very claim.

Loved the recs and found some that haven’t read yet, YAY. Well my list of fav fics on the FF has more than hundreds of fics (not kidding), so I`ll recommend some fics that I didn`t see mentioned here. I love AU fics or fics that have interesting and different plots >>>
This Must Be The Place by HalfwayHome (Regina and Emma stuck in an universe were they are married – there is kind of a spin off telling the story of this AU personas of Regina and Emma that I’m meaning to read, looks really good)
Need -- A Once Upon a Time Tale of Love, Honor, and Regret by atlonglastlove (Really love this one, it`s so unusual and creative – Someone is trying to kill Regina and Emma keeps saving her)
Mirrors by shane'svoice (Totally AU - Regina owns a mirror shop, she meets Emma – fluff, sexy and some little angst)
The Puppy and The Mayor by sbrockz (Another totally AU – Emma is looking for a job and the Mayor needs a dog sitter – fluffiness and sexiness)
All Souls Night by IsabellaHeat (This fic has kind of a mystical aura to it, it’s hard to explain, but if you’re going to read listen to the music recommended, makes reading the fic more awesome – AU in FTL and no curse – on the all souls night festival princess Emma meets a mysterious woman)
Five Years to Make Up For and a Lifetime to Continue by JMolover13 (short but sweet, Emma standing up for Regina – Regina’s first love was Daniela and not Daniel)
I Don't Have To Like It by Barbie Shoes (Emma and Regina relationship from Snow’s POV)
We Need To Talk by Pny kiwi (funny little fic – just thought that Henry was a lot more mature here that in the show)
Once Upon a Candy Apple by BLACKxDOVE (I NEED this fic updated for reasons – Emma eats a candy apple that was meant to Henry, problem is there was a love potion in it)
The Girl who would be Queen by Starbuck1980 (heartbreaking sometimes, especially if you love Regina like I do. Really love this one and I normally don’t go for angst fics - Emma reads a book about the EQ’s past and sees her in a new light. Trigger warning.)
Rattled by Toaster Oven Depot (Regina and Emma sexy times under Regina’s desk)
Forego the Parable, Seek the Light by broken-social-contract (Really interesting piece, told from the end of the story to the beginning – two years in the battle against Rumpelstiltskin)

Entre Livros E Maldições by Witch (FriezaAmavel on tumbrl) - (unfortunately this one is in Portuguese, but I know there’s some Brazilians on the forum so this is for you guys – Regina wasn’t the one who enacted the curse, she’s a famous horror writer, and now that the curse has been broken and magic has come to Storybrook, she is back and she wants revenge)

She actually made me feel for Emma (in the flashbacks). That's incredibly hard to do. The fic was a very dark ride, but I could feel all the characters to a certain degree. I feel like I wanted it to go further so that Emma could really see why Regina was so broken. Epilogue maybe? |

I think the next thread to pick up might be Regina acknowledging how much she has bonded to Emma in turn and, while not sub herself, in the D/s dynamic there are places for this back history to be revealed. And it might lead to Regina getting to see Henry again.
SPOILER for those who haven't read (highlight text below to read)
I also think there was a HUGE point in Emma's verbalization that Regina had been "at home" in herself as the mayor, and as the EQ, as Regina in FTL, she is broken.
