She was very funny. She had me laughing aloud a lot. Portaloo story and stuck cheeseburger, and BOOBS! Hilarious. I didn't hear never gonna happen btw. I heard don't think so now, maybe later, who knows, watch out season five or six.  |

Haha. So the long version of my opinion on the interview or the short version?  First of all, I get Lana's less than hopeful response because the interview is being done in Australia, which just saw Broken, and well she was probably trying to prevent the massive disappointment we've been feeling in the states with the Great Swan Queen Separation of 2012. The part I loved is that she did say she'd be willing to do Swan Queen if the writers wanted to go there because like it or not, actors do have veto power over being involved in a same sex pairing (after the writers, producers, and network). I'm still trying to grasp why the costumers for OUAT can't make a properly fitting corset because let me just say, no one I know has ever had an issue with using a port a castle on their own regardless of corset/large dress. My best friend was even complaining about how tight her corset was this summer (because she'd made it during the winter instead of right before summer), but she had no issues with using the facilities. I'm not much of a corset person myself, but I've also worn them before without issues. |

It was probably the dress they didn't want dragging along in the dirt so she has bridesmaid style helpers to keep the hems up? That's my guess.
Lana had to say she would go there or she wouldn't be much of an ally would she? Imagine how that'd sound: Love the gays, don't make me pretend to be one though...

port a castle? Am I gonna have to write a sexy/disgusting SQ story involving Emma helping Regina at one of Storybrooke's many diverse festivals in the porta jonny (what we call em') while wearing corsets? I'd consider Swan Queen, RPF maybe too much even for me.  |

A proper lady knows how to kick her feet up so as to not drag her dress in the dirt (or trip over shoelaces--an added benefit). I honestly couldn't imagine Lana ever saying 'don't make me pretend to be one' seeing as how she's inserted lesbian subtext into every single role she's played (well at least all the ones I've seen) whether knowingly or not. I guess I find it hard to believe someone who spends so much time on acting choices and researching her character wouldn't be aware that her eyes were slowly raking over another woman's body at every possible opportunity. Maybe she can't admit it being the professional that she is? |

I thought it was a great interview. I loved that the interviewer showed her a picture of the scene that has been making us squeal with glee. Like she finally saw what we've been drooling over lol

Personally, I think Lana likes to upstage and out act JMO as much as possible- (which she always does) I think the mine scene was full force alpha Lana and JMO just braced herself against the force of teh sexy |

I really love this ship and I would totally melt into the floor if it became canon but honestly the best part of all of it is the fellow shippers for me. This whole Swan Queen community and its creativity and dedication is beyond awesome. So glad to be apart of it

Loved the interview. It seems she gave honest, candid answers to good questions. She has crazy chemistry with other women on screen...hard to imagine she doesn't realize it or admit to it . Anyway...it makes for some mind blowing fan fiction, which is often more amazing than anything I could imagine on regulated tv. The topic of more lesbians on tv is a whole 'nuther subject...one I know Lana is in support of. Unfortunately, I hear she's getting hate mail, which certainly doesn't help the cause. |
